Sales &Partnership Manager UKs Leading Strategic Specialist Company

Salary: Up to35k Commission (OTE 50k)

Located: London

Ourclient is a leading independent specialist in the UK leisure sector providingkey market intelligence and analysis across the full scope of an increasinglydiverse fitness industry. They provide market data indepth site and customeranalysis and highly tailored advice specific to the fitness and leisureindustry.

Are you a dynamic individual whothrives on building relationships understanding industry landscapes anddriving sales We are seeking a Sales and Partnership Manager who embodiesthese qualities and more. As an integral member of our team you will beresponsible for nurturing partnerships managing supplier relationships anddriving sales within the health and fitness industry. If youre motivateddriven and eager to make a meaningful impact we want to hear from you.

KeyResponsibilities:

IndustryUnderstanding: Demonstrate a deepknowledge of the industry landscape including knowledge of suppliers andoperational needs of clubs.

SupplierRelationship Management: Build andmaintain relationships with key suppliers in the sector through effectivecommunication and negotiation skills.

PartnershipManagement: Oversee the endtoendmanagement and fulfilment of partnerships ensuring seamless delivery andcustomer satisfaction.

ResearchProjects: Conduct adhoc researchprojects including deskbased and call research to support businessinitiatives.

Sales Pitching: Pitch our products and services to both suppliers andgyms promoting our profiling reports and tailored solutions.

Data Analysisand Reporting: Utilise the database toanalyse data and create reports including but not limited to Latent DemandReports Member Profiling and Competitor reports.

Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through highlevel sales and targeted email campaigns engaging new prospects and expanding the client base.

Qualificationsand Skills:

  • Proven track record in sales partnership management or related field.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Wellconnected within the industry with a deep understanding of supplier dynamics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Experience with Experian and mosaic profiling preferred.
