Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains extensive files records and documentation for the Office of Academic Affairs.
Handling all issues related to Students Excuses Committee Coordinator.
Monitoring venues of each level and control the capacity.
Assign venues to different activities if requested.
Helping in parttimers recruitment files attendance payment .etc.
Assess and prioritize the urgency of situations.
Fully understands the Colleges rules and regulations and serves as trustworthy source of information.
Participates in some activities related to accreditation (NCAAA).
Attends BMC departmental & interdepartmental meetings including Quality Assurance
Academic Affairs Meeting and Curriculum Review Committee. (Upon request)
Performs other related tasks as assigned by the VDAA and Academic Office Manager.
Participates in all activities related to online exams such as (uploading exam takers information renting IPad process computer labs availability solving technical problems of students during exams )
Assists in control room duties as per request.
Assists in paperbased exams electronic correction upon request.
Extra tasks can be added through direct manager if needed.
Education:
Holder of a bachelor s degree in Business / Health Administration or other related fields from a reputable university.
Skills:
Experience handling administrative duties efficiently and effectively.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Commitment to working with and encouraging diversity.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Effective organization and administrative skills.
Excellent trouble shooting and problemsolving abilities.
Languages & Computer Knowledge:
Knowledge Microsoft 360.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
