Job Description:

As a Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our clients facilities. You will work closely with the facilities management team and other stakeholders to coordinate and oversee all aspects of facility maintenance repairs and renovations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities management principles and possess excellent communication and problemsolving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair activities for client facilities including HVAC systems electrical systems plumbing and general building maintenance.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for routine maintenance and inspections of all facilities.

Monitor and track all facilityrelated expenses and prepare reports for management.

Act as the primary point of contact for all facilitiesrelated issues and provide timely and effective solutions.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Serve as a liaison between the facilities management team and other departments to address any facilityrelated concerns.

Assist in the planning and execution of facility renovations and construction projects.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities expenses and vendor contracts.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in facilities management.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in facilities management engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of building systems equipment and maintenance procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficient in MS Office and facilities management software.

Understanding of local regulations and safety standards.

Valid drivers license and ability to travel to different sites as needed.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
