Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of handson experience in the Lawson and Infor universe. In this advanced role the primary focus is to deliver comprehensive support for both implementing Infor and maintaining current clients on our AMS platform. Responsibilities include coding application interfaces conducting database analysis and design and addressing testing/debugging of userreported issues. The ideal candidate will actively collaborate with or lead largerscale project teams contributing to the design coding and implementation of new features as well as upgrades to existing software. Strong collaboration with implementation teams consultants and internal/external customers is crucial. The goal is to achieve customer success by recommending best practices related to applications and overall business processes showcasing exceptional functional and technical knowledge across the entire Lawson and Infor CloudSuite product line.

A Day in the Life:

As a key member of a small highly driven team you will leverage your extensive handson knowledge of both S3 and Infor CloudSuite products to enhance the user experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will span the entire system lifecycle from implementing features and enhancements through cyclical updates and patches to troubleshooting issues. The role includes both onsite and remote work across various industries. Key responsibilities also involve assisting in the development of complex solutions and integrations demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks prioritize effectively and meet aggressive deadlines. You will be involved in creating designs based on business requirements recommending best practices managing projects through the full lifecycle assisting in system customization and integrations and preparing documentation for clients including training materials. Additionally completing assigned tickets and tasks through the help desk application configuring applications according to requirements and design conducting necessary enduser system integration and unit testing and providing post golive support are integral parts of the role.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of handson experience in Lawson and Infor CloudSuite products
• Proven expertise in coding application interfaces database analysis/design and testing/debugging
• Experience working with largerscale project teams and leading collaborative efforts
• Strong communication skills to interact with implementation teams consultants and internal/external customers
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work both onsite and remotely across various industries
• Familiarity with system customization integrations and documentation preparation
• Knowledge of best practices related to applications and overall business processes
