Are you an experienced practice manager or an experienced dental professional that would like to stepin to a leadership role
If so we would love to welcome your application and share more information about our dental practice manager vacancy for our clients dental practice in Basildon Essex.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic dental professional who is an excellent communicator that can demonstrate great organisation and leadership skills. We are looking for a role model someone to uphold and set an example of professionalism team work maintaining and building a great working environment ensuring all team members feel respected valued and supported.
As a practice manager your role will include resource management rotas overseeing stock management HR recruitment marketing initiatives and business development. Some operational and business management alongside the practice owners and maintaining the high standards of delivering an excellent patient experience. Admin wise you may have some treatment coordinating duties and will support our team members with gentle encouragement to empower them to reach their full potential by offering them a sense of reward and recognition.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent patient care skills
- Previous experience as a practice manager dental nursing or treatment coordinator
- Compliance
- Organisation skills
- Social Media management and marketing experience
- Dental Nursing experience preferred but not essential
