Job Description: Property Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daytoday operations of assigned properties
• Oversee maintenance repairs and renovations of properties
• Communicate with tenants to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property improvements
• Create and maintain property budgets and financial reports
• Ensure properties are in compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Rent collections Rent collection software knowledge
• Tenant communication
• Bookkeeping
• Lease renewals

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Property Management Business or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in property management software
• Proficiency in English and Spanish languages

Desired Experience:

• 14 years of experience in property management
• Experience with Rent Manager software
