We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be responsible for soliciting sales from warm leads over the telephone. The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on our customers' needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.
Important Information -
Shift work is required
Successful incumbent will be required to work 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shift per month – this will be compensated with pay and time off in lieu of weekend work.
Shift coverage over the festive period will be required.

The company has a BYOD (bring your own device) policy. As a standard, they require all new employees to have a minimum of:

What’s in it for you -
Salary: R6000 - R7500 per month depending on experience + Incentives

Mandatory Skills – minimum 2 years’ experience in:
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales roles
Creative thinking skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge of English
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
Good track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
Even-tempered and able to handle rejection
Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Duties include but are not limited to -
Purchasing leads from the BARK platform
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Close deals with clients. (General Clean, End of Tendency and Deep Cleans)
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
Meeting sales targets.
Utilise CRM and booking system.
Manage the customer through pipeline management, organisation, effective communication, and strong listening skills.
Utilise, maintain, and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
Educate customers on all service offerings.
