Czech Customer Support Agent

Tasks

• Provide topnotch customer support through various channels including chats emails and phone calls.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries concerns and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and highquality service.
• Stay informed about product updates policies and procedures to better assist customers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements

• Hold an EU passport
• Fluent proficiency in Czech both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Problemsolving skills and a customercentric mindset.
• Training will be provided
