Position Overview:

As a Remote CzechSpeaking Travel Agent youll play a crucial role in assisting our customers with their travel arrangements. Your responsibilities will include providing travel advice booking flights and accommodations and addressing customer inquiries. While prior experience in the travel industry is advantageous it is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training to all new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their travel bookings including flights accommodations and transportation.
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations activities and attractions.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Handle booking modifications cancellations and refunds according to company policies.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends regulations and destination information.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Czech with proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred but not required.
