Hiring for BDE(Business Development Executive) for HR Outsourcing Company
Eligibility: Fresher / Experienced both can apply
Job Location: Jabalpur/ Bhopal (Onsite)
Salary: No Bar for Deserving Candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients(Client Acquisition)
  • Connect with client using all communication channel
  • Ability to create actionable marketing strategies network and build lasting professional relationships
  • Participate in crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Regular follow ups with all the Prospects for Business generation.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
  • Introduction of the Respective Stakeholders (Spoc) Person with the clients
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Downloading the requirement to the recruitment team for Hiring.
  • Follow up with the Hiring Team for closing Open positions available with the clients.
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close billing and Payment from Client.
  • Submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company s CRM or other sales management system.
  • Understand the company s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company s performance
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Requirement:
  • MBASales/ Marketing (Good to Have)
  • Intuitive and insightful particularly regarding human behaviour.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Professional yet affable disposition.
  • Neat wellgroomed appearance.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful with outstanding research skills.
  • Emboldened by challenges.
