What youll do:

Designer focusing on the support of the initial design development phase of awarded Airbag Business at our facility in Quertaro Mxico.

Provide 3D models feasible for tool kickoff within the allotted time.

The role entails providing design support concept prototype and production designs.

CAD Data management in Autoliv PLM and customer system (Teamcenter and Siemens NX)

Ability to create and read drawings. GD&T proficiency.Perform onsite design work on an asneeded basis.

Support Global CAD Standardization initiatives for Design Efficiency improvement

What is required:

Bachelors degree. Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering andDesign Engineering.

Advanced English skills

35 years ofexperience in a related design discipline (Automotive assembly components and Airbag Design).

Must be proficient in Siemens NX surfacing & Parametric modeling.

Experiencedesigned plastic Injection molding Sheetmetal and casting parts with clear understanding of tooling requirements.

Soft skills:Team Player. Problem Solving. Accountability to complete activities. Negotiation Skills.
