• Experience:
• Indepth experience in Sports Facility projects. Overseeing approval drawings BOQs construction sets / GFCs and services
• Bidding and Presentation:
• Creating comprehensive bidding presentations and dockets to showcase the firms capabilities.
• Participating in client presentations and discussions to secure project contracts.
• Project Management: Experience in overseeing a minimum of 23 projects from concept to completion (Mandatory).
• Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams effectively
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Managing communication between various teams to meet project milestones.
• Relocation and Team Collaboration:
• Willingness to relocate from Delhi to Ahmedabad fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members to enhance overall project efficiency.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD Sketchup Lumion
• Work Ethic: Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to meet demanding deadlines
