Work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction in the delivered parts and to resolve Quality complaints.
To be a communication bridge between Customer and plant.
Role:
Responsible for Customer complaint handling & Warranty handling
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle 0 Km and field concerns
Job Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge in APQP & PPAP
- Effective Communication.
- Expertise in Problem solving Techniques (8D).
- Expertise in 7 QC Tools
- Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge in QMS & HSE
- GD&T (Dimension Skills)
- Gemba Approach
- Warranty Analysis
