Solution Architect

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Design and present innovative technical solutions that align with business goals and technology strategy.
• Lead the development and documentation of solution architecture designs.
• Ensure that the architecture supports the needs of the business while maintaining alignment with technology standards and industry best practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Assess and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to support the solution.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of solutions within the organizations technology ecosystem.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular architecture reviews and propose improvements as needed.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to inform architectural decisions.
• Lead and mentor junior architects and technical teams.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions and vendors.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture processes and practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role in a complex IT environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing largescale software solutions.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies and practices.
• Architecture Patterns: Deep understanding of architectural patterns microservices and API design
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong proficiency in technologies such as mobile development (Android/iOS) Java .NET and ReactJS. Ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in evaluating and selecting technology solutions and vendors.
• Indepth knowledge of cloud platforms with a preference for experience with AWS services.
• Proven track record of driving successful project delivery and business outcomes through effective solution architecture.
• Proficiency in languages such as Java .NET (C#) and JavaScript (ReactJS) with a strong ability to adapt to new languages as needed.
• Deep understanding of integration technologies and patterns.
• Expertise in translating business requirements into technical designs and specifications.
• Full Stack Development: Expertise in designing and implementing fullstack solutions ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components
