*Job Description:*
*Overview:*
As a Salesforce Developer at our Kochi Onsite location you will play a key role in designing developing and maintaining innovative solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have 35 years of relevant experience demonstrating a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and a proven track record in implementing customized solutions.
*Responsibilities:*
1. *Custom Development:*
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and other related technologies.
Implement business logic and processes to meet project requirements.
2. *Integration:*
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
3. *Configuration:*
Configure and customize Salesforce to optimize platform capabilities based on business needs.
Work on the customization of standard Salesforce objects and fields.
4. *Collaboration:*
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts and QA to deliver highquality solutions.
Participate in design and code reviews to maintain code quality standards.
5. *Troubleshooting and Support:*
Provide support for existing applications troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to enhance system performance.
Conduct root cause analysis for identified problems and implement preventive measures.
6. *Documentation:*
Maintain detailed documentation of code design and implementation details.
Ensure that documentation is uptodate with changes and enhancements.
7. *Salesforce Best Practices:*
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates.
Implement best practices for Salesforce development and adhere to coding standards.
*Requirements:*
1. *Education:*
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
2. *Experience:*
35 years of handson experience in Salesforce development.
Proven experience in customizing Salesforce solutions and implementing complex functionalities.
3. *Technical Skills:*
Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and SOQL.
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration workflows and process builder.
Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
4. *Certifications:*
Salesforce Platform Developer Certification is preferred.
5. *Soft Skills:*
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
