Real Estate Asset Manager:

**About Us:**

We are a boutique investment firm focused on mortgage funds and real estate investments. We are committed to generating sustainable longterm value for our investors through meticulous asset management and strategic acquisitions. We are currently seeking a versatile Real Estate Asset Manager to join our dynamic team.


**Position Overview:**

You will assist in the administration of a mortgage fund portfolio lead real estate acquisitions conduct related analyses and assist with investor relations. This role is designed for an individual who combines expertise in financial management real estate and customer service to enhance investment performance asset growth and investor satisfaction. Additionally responsibilities include maintaining investor databases processing investment transactions and assisting with investor inquiries.


**Key Responsibilities:**

Manage real estate acquisitions market research and feasibility studies.

Enhance the value of real estate assets through strategic management and development.

Coordinate with property managers leasing agents and stakeholders to optimize asset performance.

Identify and evaluate investment opportunities through comprehensive due diligence.

Present investment opportunities and recommendations to the credit committee.

Maintain financial models for investment analysis focusing on cash flow valuation and return metrics.


50% of the role

  • Appraising commercial & residential property values by; reviewing existing appraisals researching MLS and looking for similar property values for similar properties & by doing your own independent analysis and appraisals
  • Manage the tracking of financials (evaluate how much money can be lent out for mortgages)


25% of the role

Manage & oversee 3 commercial properties (do not need to visit the properties)

Perform a Highest and Best Use Analysis for the properties

Manage & oversee any renovations/ repairs and their costs

Make capital investment decisions on these properties


25% of the role

  • Perform Investor Relation duties by answering calls from investors / shareholders and providing investors with information on their investments & facts about the company
  • Perform simple accounting/bookkeeping work (nothing too complex)


**Qualifications:**

Bachelor s degree; preferably in Finance Business Administration or related field.

Preference for experience in mortgage investment mortgage portfolio management and/or real estate acquisition and asset management.

Strong understanding of real estate investments mortgage lending practices and customer service principles.

Proficiency in financial modeling analysis and investment valuation (ie. Highest & Best Use Analysis)

Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to investor inquiries effectively.

Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
