- Assess the budgetary impact of compensation decisions.
- Ensure rewards practices comply with current KSA Labor Law (pay equity, human rights, etc.)
- Conduct regular analysis and benchmarking of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness. They provide recommendations for adjustments or enhancements based on market trends and organizational needs.
- Conduct education sessions on total rewards and assist in promoting a culture of total well-being.
