We are looking for a dynamic product marketing leader to join our dynamic marketing team in Metro Manila. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing you will be the foundational member of our new product marketing team crafting and implementing gotomarket strategies that position Company as a leader in our key market segments. If you have experience in accounting financial services or other professional services industries or have B2B product marketing experience across many different industries that experience could position you really well for this new gig. In this critical role you will be responsible for generating compelling content that drives our brand
and product visibility supports sales and fuels our growth in the future of work arena.

Responsibilities:
1. Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective gotomarket strategies for new and existing industry segments ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. Ideally you will have a deep understanding of Business Process Outsourcing and staffing particularly in the accounting ecommerce and travel and tourism industries.
2. Content Guru: With a passion for content that cuts through you ll oversee the development of differentiated content across various marketing channels that enhances brand visibility educates our target audience and fuels demand generation.
3. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the demand generation and account based marketing team to ensure sales collateral training materials and tools that facilitate the selling process and align with the buyer s journey and our industry gotomarket strategies.
4. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends competitor activities and customer needs to inform product positioning messaging and strategy.
5. Product Launches: Lead crossfunctional teams to successfully launch new offers to the market ensuring all marketing and sales channels are fully prepared and enabled.
6. Performance Metrics: Track analyze and report on key product marketing metrics making datadriven decisions to optimize future efforts.
7. Team Leadership: Build and lead a highperforming product marketing team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and customercentricity.
8. Always Aligned: Collaborate with the sales product and recruitment stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives
9. Lead from the front: Drawing from your extensive experience in product marketing your creativity and experience getting the best from your direct reports you ll be a part of our marketingled transformation. Experience in ideation crossfunctional teams and agile methodologies is welcomed.
10. Global experience: Our Client is a global business with key sales partners in the US and Australia. You ll need experience in running global programs with regional customisation have a passion for learning cultural difference and have calendar flexibility to work in a
way that provides crossover for each key region during the course of your working week.

Requirements

Skills/Attributes
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
At least 58 years of experience in product marketing roles with proven success in developing and implementing gotomarket strategies.
Extensive experience in content creation and sales enablement.
Deep understanding of B2B marketing product positioning and customer segmentation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret marketing performance metrics.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and senior stakeholders.
Experience in business process outsourcing and staffing is highly desirable.
Experience in staffing for real estate accounting ecommerce and travel and tourism industries is highly desirable.
Global marketing experience and flexibility to work in different time zones is essential.
