Our Client is a leading Charity operating across Ireland supporting some of the most marginalized individuals couples and families experiencing Homelessness.
Currently Hiring an experienced Development Housing Officer for their Dublin Operation. Full time 35 hours per week we are open to flexible working arrangements Permanent Contract
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handling legal affairs
- Interviewing tenants
- Liaising with organisations
- Managing rent
- Performing inspections
- Processing applications
- Writing records
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years working in a development role within the social and voluntary housing sector or similar environment (Essential)
- A full driving licence and use of a car (Essential)
