About the job
As the Implementation Head at YUBI you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful implementation of our products/services for clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead endtoend implementation projects from project initiation to postimplementation review ensuring adherence to project timelines scope and budget.
Develop detailed project plans resource allocation strategies and risk mitigation plans to effectively manage project execution.
Coordinate crossfunctional teams including implementation specialists developers consultants and external partners to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process establishing strong relationships and managing client expectations.
Conduct regular status meetings progress updates and milestone reviews with clients to ensure alignment and address any concerns or issues.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing expert guidance and support to maximize the value derived from our products/services.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure that all implemented solutions meet quality standards regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of deliverables identifying and addressing any defects or gaps in functionality.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve implementation processes continuously tools and methodologies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
Proven experience in project management with a focus on software implementation or professional services delivery.
Working knowledge on banking projects & related markets is expected.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams to achieve project objectives.
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies tools and best practices.
Experience working in a clientfacing role with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Having a PMP or Prince2 certification will be an add on.
