Unit Profiles: The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location number of beds patient rations and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. Data Collection: Unit Information: Location: Building: RRMC Tower side Floor: 5th IMC Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 63078 Discipline: Quantity: 3 nights and 3 days Target Start Date: 2/5 Shift: both AM and PM Call Requirements: yes Weekends: yes General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 34 Number of Staff 9 nurses 4 pcts Type of staff: o Day Shift 1 charge 9 nurses 4 pcts o Night Shift 1 charge 9 nurses 4 pcts Patient Ratios 4:1 Type of equipment bedside monitors glucometers dopplers standing scales wheelchairs hoyer lift EMR Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable (Y/N) Yes Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS ACLS NIHHS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. CATN or TCAR or TCCN List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Emergent Chest tubes placement Midlines or PICCS Emergent Bedside bronchoscopy Best personality Fit: Teamwork oriented Dress Code: Include requirements but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color Navy Blue tops and pants Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
