MICROSOFT365 (M365) FASTTRACK ENGINEER GCs and USCs only at this point!!! 2 MS Teams interviews RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and lead a set of FastTrack customers thru the Onboarding technical and support process.
  • Support and resolve customer deployment issues.
  • Develop foster and maintain highly effective customer relationships as a FT Agent of Microsoft.
  • Assist FastTrack customers and partners with configuration of onboarding tools and processes technology.
  • Analyze develop and communicate key Onboarding process and technology improvement feedback for FastTrack Onboarding and entire deployment cycle.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of the service and all required tools and products Interact daily with other FT Agents to provide and share technical issue resolution knowledge and deployment/adoption processes best practices.
  • Be responsive to customer needs which may sometimes require outside of normal business hours and days.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Intune/SCCM EMS (Intune Intune Hybrid AADP ARMS)
  • M365 Deployment and Migration Experience
  • Azure AD Hybrid
  • Exchange Migrations
OTHER SKILLS
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange Server
