MICROSOFT365 (M365) FASTTRACK ENGINEER GCs and USCs only at this point!!! 2 MS Teams interviews RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and lead a set of FastTrack customers thru the Onboarding technical and support process.
- Support and resolve customer deployment issues.
- Develop foster and maintain highly effective customer relationships as a FT Agent of Microsoft.
- Assist FastTrack customers and partners with configuration of onboarding tools and processes technology.
- Analyze develop and communicate key Onboarding process and technology improvement feedback for FastTrack Onboarding and entire deployment cycle.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of the service and all required tools and products Interact daily with other FT Agents to provide and share technical issue resolution knowledge and deployment/adoption processes best practices.
- Be responsive to customer needs which may sometimes require outside of normal business hours and days.
- Intune/SCCM EMS (Intune Intune Hybrid AADP ARMS)
- M365 Deployment and Migration Experience
- Azure AD Hybrid
- Exchange Migrations
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange Server
