The role

Were looking for an Functional Application Manager Oracle NetSuite. You will play a crucial role in the successful implementation maintenance and optimization of Oracle NetSuite solutions within the organization. You will be responsible for supporting the ERP Functional Application Manager in overseeing the daytoday operations troubleshooting issues and ensuring the seamless functionality of Oracle NetSuite modules. This role requires a combination of technical expertise business acumen and strong communication skills.

Youre welcome to work in our office in Amsterdam hybrid or remotely.

In this position your responsibility will be to:

1. Implementation and Configuration:

Collaborate with the ERP Functional Application Manager to design and implement Oracle NetSuite solutions based on business requirements.

Configure and customize NetSuite modules to meet specific business needs ensuring optimal performance and usability.

2. User Support and Training:

Provide ongoing support to endusers addressing inquiries issues and concerns related to Oracle NetSuite functionality.

Develop and conduct training sessions for new and existing users to enhance their understanding of Oracle NetSuite features and capabilities.

3. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues within Oracle NetSuite.

Collaborate with implementation partner teams for advanced issue resolution and bug fixes ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

4. Integration Management:

Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle NetSuite and other enterprise applications.

Troubleshoot integration issues and liaise with technical teams for resolution.

5. Customization and Enhancement:

Assist in the development of custom scripts workflows and reports to enhance the functionality of Oracle NetSuite.

Collaborate with developers to implement advanced customizations and integrations.

6. Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity within Oracle NetSuite.

Work with crossfunctional teams to perform testing and validation of new features and system updates.

7. Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations customizations and processes within Oracle NetSuite.

Ensure that documentation is uptodate and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

8. Stay Informed:

Stay abreast of Oracle NetSuite updates new features and industry best practices.

Make recommendations for system improvements based on emerging technologies and business needs.

We expect you to have:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience in implementing or supporting Oracle NetSuite solutions.

Strong understanding of Finance Accounting and business processes.

Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically.

Proficient in related Suite Apps like NSPB Strongpoint Zone&Co etc.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.

It would be an added bonus if you had:

Oracle NetSuite Certification.

Familiarity with other ERP systems and integration tools.

Knowledge of SOX compliance
