Job Summary:
- Through a value engagement model you will leverage 3DS knowledge and CAMEO platform technology to define and propose transformational paths to integrated global solutions that enable customers to achieve their business objectives
- The role of an Industry Process Consultant is to identify and show clients how to maximize the value of an Industry Process portfolio. Promote customer business transformation by leveraging the industry processes of the CAMEO platform and rebuilding processes
Main job content:
- Industry process consultants learn the use and value of the CAMEO platform through industry processes. Understand how products meet business needs to help you scale deals close deals faster and go live successfully
- Industry process consultants clarify the value of the entire CAMEO platform
- Industry process consultants contribute to project implementation and production of deliverables
- Industry process consultants use story lines to articulate value based on identified KPIs and KVIs whether for users process owners or business owners
Industry Process Consultants will:
- Close collaboration with DS internal ecosystem
- Maintaining bestinclass expertise
Supporting onsite initiatives:
- Providing a feedback loop from customer use cases
- Supporting partner and sales ecosystem solutions
- Make the most of the CAMEO platform when interacting with customers and the DS ecosystem
Deliverables:
- Illustration of industry process values for selected initiatives
- Integration of dossier customer processes into industry processes
- Customer business processes within the solution architecture dossier
PoV (proof of value):
- Customer best practices
- Skills migration/enhancement plan for partners and customers
