SAP Project Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our clients team in Japan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SAP projects from conception through implementation and support ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP projects ensuring all project phases are completed efficiently.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Proven working experience in SAP project management.
• Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software tools.
• PMP Prince2 or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English languages.
