• Abstract Title Commitments
  
• Prepare files for clear to close
  
• Package loan documents
  
• Issue fees for disclosures
  

• 2 years of experience in an escrow role
  
• Experience in effectively managing escrow files from opening to disbursement and beyond
  
• Ability to thrive in a highvolume environment
  
• Proficiency in resolving title defects balancing and processing funding conditions and recording packages
  
• Experience in auditing signed loan documents and submitting postclosing documents to the appropriate parties
  
• Capability to properly handle funds and maintain compliant accounting procedures
  
• Expertise in preparing forms and documents related to escrow transactions in a timely and professional manner
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with teammates clients and vendors
  
• Computer proficiency in a paperless environment with SoftPro Select experience being a plus
  
• Keen attention to detail
  
• Servicebased attitude
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to transition fluidly between tasks
  
• Excellence in being a part of a cohesive team while working remotely
  
• Experience with Microsoft applications such as Outlook and Teams
