Creative Leader

Job Overview and Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and product potentials to develop innovative production proposals tailored to the business objectives of gift products for the brand under development in the US and European markets.
• Strategically plan creative initiatives on a monthly and quarterly basis collaborating with product research and performance marketing departments to select suitable communication strategies for product lines.
• Manage and supervise the Media team overseeing the production of marketing publications (videos images) and sales advertising campaigns.
• Continuously optimize social media channels to promote and sell gift products for the brands being developed in the US and European markets.
• Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns offering proactive solutions for improvement.
• Provide training and development opportunities for the Creator team fostering creativity teamwork and efficiency.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Creative field.
• Strong research skills with a keen awareness of market trends.
• Proficient in marketing concepts and knowledgeable about platforms such as TikTok Instagram YouTube and other marketing channels.
• Creative with a refined aesthetic taste and proficient in using image and video editing software.
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Conscientious detailoriented hardworking and able to thrive under pressure.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

• Preference given to candidates with experience in the ECommerce industry and a focus on its development.
