Flight paramedic

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a Flight EMTParamedic. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Nome AK 99762

Assignment Start Date: 3/18/2024

13 weeks Days 12hour shift 27 hours/weekly guaranteed

Seeking experienced paramedics for flight EMS service in rural Alaska. Air ambulance serves 15 bush communities in western Alaska within 20 to 45 minutes from Nome in fixedwing transport. Includes transport to Anchorage for a higher level of care as needed. Job requirements include village transportation via small ATV snow machine and other offroad vehicles possibly in extreme weather conditions. Travel in small aircraft either fixed wing or possibly rotor.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience: Must have experience in emergency airway management and trauma care.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• May have EMT III if only ground transport.
• BLS ACLS PALS and PHTLS are required.

EMR System: Cerner knowledge/experience preferred.

Shift: 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

Vaccination Requirement: COVID and Flu vaccine required. ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS PLUS BOOSTER. FLU VACCINES ARE ALSO REQUIRED AND EXEMPTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
