Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with bank branches to cultivate strong relationships with branch staff and key influencers
• Identify and close insurance sales opportunities within the banks customer base leveraging strong communication and product knowledge
• Deliver exceptional customer service addressing needs and providing personalized insurance solutions throughout the sales process
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals contributing to the success of the Banca channel
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys life insurance offerings and market trends
• Adhere to all regulations and sales processes

Desired Candidates Profile:

• Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field
• 2 to 6 Years of work experience in the Sales Department of the Banking Insurance domain.
• Strong communication relationship building customer service focus resultsoriented and selfmotivated
• Ability to work independently excellent time management and strong analytical skills preferred
