Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with bank branches to cultivate strong relationships with branch staff and key influencers
- Identify and close insurance sales opportunities within the banks customer base leveraging strong communication and product knowledge
- Deliver exceptional customer service addressing needs and providing personalized insurance solutions throughout the sales process
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals contributing to the success of the Banca channel
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys life insurance offerings and market trends
- Adhere to all regulations and sales processes
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field
- 2 to 6 Years of work experience in the Sales Department of the Banking Insurance domain.
- Strong communication relationship building customer service focus resultsoriented and selfmotivated
- Ability to work independently excellent time management and strong analytical skills preferred
