Job Summary:
As an Accounts Payable Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to manage the vendor onboarding process ensuring efficient and accurate processing of invoices and purchase orders. Your duties will include reviewing submitted purchase orders and purchase requisitions to ensure proper general ledger coding receiving and coding invoices in our designated systems (Stampli and ACM) and matching invoices against existing purchase orders and requisitions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor onboarding process
- Review submitted PO/PR (includes ensuring proper GL coding)
- Receive and code invoices in Stampli and ACM
- Match invoices against existing PO/PR
- Propose weekly payments to the Treasury team
- Manage AP close which includes following up invoices from vendors recording accruals and month end reconciliation
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
- Strong communication (verbal written) and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a crossfunctional environment
- A proactive positive individual with attention to detail and comfortable multitasking on a daily basis
- Processoriented and makes datadriven sound decisions
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work on a shifting schedule
