• Ensure all food preparation meetsstandards • Prepare and present high qualityfood • Keep all working areas clean and tidy andensure no cross contamination • Prepare allmise-en-place for all relevant menus • Assist inpositive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficientmanner • Ensure food stuffs are of a good qualityand stored correctly • Assist other departmentswherever necessary and maintain good workingrelationships • Report maintenance, hygiene andhazard issues • Comply with hotel security, fireregulations and all health and safety and food safetylegislation
