Position:Were seeking qualified candidates to join the Database Operations group at C&R Software. Candidates should have experience in SQL Server MySQL and PostgreSQL database management as well as AWS cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install upgrade and manage database servers and schemas.
• Maintain database security standards.
• Optimize database performance particularly RDS/Aurora PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Create and manage database backups.
• Automate repetitive database tasks.
• Participate in oncall support rotation.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve critical database issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of IT industry experience.
• Experience in MSSQL MySQL and Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL database administration.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud services.
• Experience troubleshooting performance issues in database engines and infrastructure.
• Experience working with clients and crossfunctional teams.
