Overview:
The SAP EWM position is crucial to our organization as it plays a key role in managing our warehouse operations and ensuring efficient supply chain management. The role involves leveraging SAP EWM to optimize warehouse processes improve inventory visibility and enhance overall logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP EWM
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather business requirements
- Design and develop solutions to optimize warehouse processes
- Configure and customize SAP EWM functionalities
- Provide enduser training and support
- Participate in system testing and validation
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements
- Ensure adherence to best practices and company standards
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
- Contribute to project documentation and knowledge sharing
- Stay updated with SAP EWM advancements and industry trends
- Support integration with other SAP modules
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Supply Chain Management or related field
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP EWM
- Indepth knowledge of warehouse management processes and best practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certification in SAP EWM is preferred
- Experience with integration of SAP EWM with other modules
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles
- Knowledge of SAP EWM enhancements and new functionalities
- Experience in training endusers and providing ongoing support
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming is a plus
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
