ABOUT THE TEAM:

The People & Culture team comprising 8 members from 8 different countries actively supports nearly 200 Taloners spread across three regions. Our focus spans People Operations Talent Acquisition Workplace Management and People Partnering all aimed at sparking inspiration among candidates employees and alumni

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for our 9th team member in our People & Culture team to support our Talon.One community gatherings and related activities as a Community Manager. Wed love to talk to professionals who are selfdriven innovative and wellorganized so that they can actively drive our workplace and community strategy.

We would expect you to foster and cultivate relationships within the community through different initiatives including online and inperson activities while compelling brand adequate content in collaboration with our Marketing team.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Previous experience in a similar Workplace or Community manager role
• Previous experience in creating concept of nudges influencing an amazing employee workplace experience
• Previous experience in organizing events from idea to creation and completion
• Experience in close collaboration with IT teams and equipment matter
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging content and initiatives
• Previous experience with being involved in different employer branding initiatives
• Ability and strong will to connect with team members worldwide in order to implement different community initiatives globally
