- Partner and cultivate relationships with external OEM vendors
- Develop and implement procedures for maintenance and troubleshooting. Also, resolve hardware related issues while providing technical support to team members and identifying trends and patterns within customer experience/feedback.
- Manage the deployment and configuration of hardware used by our team and shipped to our customers. This includes the use of MDM software, cellular capabilities, Bluetooth, LoRa, WiFi, and other communication technologies.
- Device management of our MDM solution which includes enrolling and configuring internal and customer devices. Partnering with inter IT security teams to ensure we have a best in class secured solution that meets or exceeds minimum performance requirements to run our software applications.
