JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Solution Design and Architecture:
- Understanding of enterprise architecture patterns (such as microservices eventdriven and layered architectures).
- Proficiency in UML (Unified Modeling Language) for creating architectural diagrams.
- Reading documentation (e.g. Visio Diagram)
- Knowledge of design principles like SOLID and DRY (Don t Repeat Yourself).
- Networking and Security:
- Understanding of TCP/IP DNS and firewalls.
- Load balancing and high availability concepts.
- Cloud Technologies:
- Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS): Familiarity with cloud services infrastructure and deployment models.
- Serverless computing: Understanding of serverless architectures e.g. Azure Functions.
- Containers and Orchestration: Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Integration and APIs:
- RESTful APIs: Understanding of REST principles and best practices.
- API gateways (e.g. Mulesoft)
- Message brokers (e.g. Apache Kafka).
- Security and Identity Management:
- OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect: Authentication and authorization protocols.
- Encryption SSL/TLS and security best practices.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) in cloud platforms.
- Database Technologies:
- Relational databases (e.g. SQL Server).
- Data modeling and database design.
- DevOps Practices:
- Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines (Gitlab).
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
- Monitoring (e.g. Zabbix) logging and performance optimization.
- Programming Languages and Frameworks:
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g. Java Python).
- Big Data and Analytics:
Basics of data lakes data warehouses and ETL processes.
