About Client:
A leading Insurance BPO
Job Responsibilties:
The Head of Delivery Insurance will plan direct and oversee ensuring development and implementation of efficient Opearations and cost effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
Will be responsible to:
- Ensure high quality and consistent delivery.
- Look out for continous imporvements of processess and improve productivity / quality.
- Smooth & efficient onboarding of clients.
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements and risks across the organization
- Participate & assist in all audits (Internal/ External)
- Monitor & ensure client relationship are well managed through active and regular engagements.
- Supervise mentor teams monitor and measure the teams performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- 20 years of experience in handling delivery from Insurance BPO domain
- Excellent communication with good stakeholder and people management skills
