Context:

As part of the takeover of a global outsourcing service for one of our customers we are looking for 1 L3 Microsoft Engineer M/F. This outsourcing arrangement is based on a team of 15 people with a Service Desk TME TMA application support and governance.

Our customer is one of Europes leading players in the wholesale distribution of office supplies.

Your missions:

As a Microsoft N3 Engineer you will be responsible for managing ThirdParty Application

Maintenance (TMA) for Microsoft infrastructures and applications within our portfolio of managed services.

Your main responsibilities include:

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide level 3 support for incidents and issues related to Microsoft solutions.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain indepth expertise in Microsoft technologies and industry best practices.

TMA Management:

  • Oversee the management of incident tickets ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Establish effective processes for the quick and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of patches updates and improvements.

Provide Users support.

Customization and configuration:

  • Adapting office tools to meet the specific requirements of the business. This may include customizing document templates configuring application settings and other adjustments to align tools with internal processes.
  • Analysis and improvement of workflow processes related to the use of office tools to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Version updates:

  • Transitioning to newer versions of office software to benefit from the latest improvements in performance security and features.

Adding new features:

  • Integration of new features into existing office applications to meet the changing needs of users. This could include specific features related to productivity collaboration or other aspects of office work.

Profile required:

Required skills :

Advanced expertise in Microsoft Technology

Active Directory

DHCP

SMTP

O365

SharePoint

Intune

Strong system administration and advanced problemsolving skills.

Technical project management skills.

Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other levels of support.

Spoken languages: English.

Masters degree engineer with minimum 23 years experiences.

Location: Portugal.

Annual Salary 30K.
