Our client owns one of the biggest social networks and needs someone to help the companies that want to sustain and expand their businesses. Thats where you come in! You will provide support to our client s advertisers via chat email and phone in matters related to technical issues business tools pre and postsales troubleshooting ads payments and content monetization. You only need to:

• Have native Polish level
  

• Be fluent in English (C1/C2)
  

• Have great communication skills
  

• Be available to work on a rotating shift pattern Monday to Sunday 06h00 to 24h00 8 hours per day in Entrecampos Lisbon.
