Your Role:
- Provide support to high level clients to help them grow across multiple channels chat email and phone;
- Support and expand the selfserve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
- Provide pre and postsales support for all selfservice products;
- Provide product and tool support to enhance clients experience;
- Identify and solve problems technical bugs and ads delivery issues;
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner proactively communicate to clients on progress and proactively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions;
- Provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering.
Requirements:
- Fluent command of Ukrainian
- Good level of English (min. B2)
- Interest in digital technologies
- No experience needed but would be an asset
- Excellent soft and communication are a must
CONTRACT:
- Initial contract with a duration of 12 months permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
- Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
