5 to 7 years of handson experience in supporting identity and Access Management solutions in highly available environments (PingAccess Ping Federate PingDirectory and PingID)
Experience with PingID multifactor Authentication is a plus.
Experience with the Linux/Windows operating system is required.
Experience analyzing and planning infrastructure updates and product upgrades.
Provide technical support for application teams to assist in troubleshooting Pingrelated issues in the nonprod and production.
Experience with SAML 2 Oauth2 and OIDC SSO applications integration and support
Strong understanding of AD and LDAP or any other directories
Experience in providing operation BAU support activities and working on Incident/change requests and validation checks. Analysis Coordination Facilitating QA with developer
Oncall support for High Priority / Severity issues with 24 7 support (shared by team).
