Title: Warehouse Mobility and Barcoding SME
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Job Duties:
Develop and maintain a detailed task list to maintain support and continuously improve Inventory managed Warehouse bar coding and mobile device deployment.
Closely work with Newmont IT teams 3rd party software vendor (Innovapptive) project team to drive SDLC (Software development life cycle) for the project in timely manner.
Lead all aspects of SDLC process independently. All aspects include but not limited to work intake (Business Analyst activities such as document business and functional requirements satisfaction criteria draw process flow diagrams) UI/UX and code review Testing user training defect/Incident triage and resolution production deployment and implementation verification.
One point of contact for any functional technical questions related to requirements development testing hyper care and deployment.
Perform functional testing raise defects and assist in resolution.
Independently manage all assigned tasks provide timely status updates.
Proactively setup meetings engage al required teams to optimally delivery each site bar coding and mobility Infra WH and Software setup include Device and WH prerequisite setup.
Follow COMPANY QA process and document results defects per the QA standards.
Coordinate with internal teams including IT Operations and Supply Chain to ensure technical defect and smooth implementation
Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders
Mandatory Skills:
10 or more years of experience on SAP Material management Inventory Management and warehouse modules.
Inventory managed warehouse (over WM or EWM) preferred.
MRO industry experience (Mining Oil/Gas) preferred for above 2 mandatory skills
Preferred end to end setting up Mobile devices and bar coding in a large warehouse.
Good communication skills to interact with warehouse teams across the Americas Africa and Australia and with software vendor
Desired Skills:
Organizational and problemsolving skills: The candidate should have excellent organizational and problemsolving skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle potential issues that may arise.
Top 3 must haves:
10 or more years of experience on SAP Material management Inventory Management and warehouse modules.
MRO industry experience (Mining Oil/Gas) preferred for above 2 mandatory skills.
Good communication skills Motivation and drive to selfmanage their work
Department: IT and Supply Chain Project: Drive adoption and continuous improvements on the mobility usage for 10 warehouses where this is already deployed. Several exciting improvements are drafted to improve warehouse productivity and user experience.
