Responsibilities
Manage and maintain schedules including arranging appointments meetings and conferences
Take minutes during meetings and follow up on implementation of action points
Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
Prepare and edit documents reports and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
Attend networking events as directed and prepare necessary reports within the required timeline.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct research and compile information to support decisionmaking and projectspecific deliverables
Prepare and edit documents presentations and spreadsheets
Establish and maintain effective file management systems
Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
Coordinate travel arrangements including flights accommodations and transportation
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering work of the highest quality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including professional phone and email etiquette
Sales/business development experience is an added advantage
Proficient in Google suite ChatGPT CRM system Apollo and other prospecting tools
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Professionalism and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Ability to work independently and proactively while also being an exceptional team player
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred
