Job Description:
Type of certification focusing on LeanAgile ways of working and/or you have a strong academic and practical experience in Agile
and its various practices.
Multilingual skill set a plus
Global Operator with a track record of working empathetically with people across multiple geographies and cultures.
Experience with tools and techniques that foster team collaboration.
Customer Champion with demonstrated track record in designing marketing solutions with customer at centre.
Multiple year Marketing execution and delivery experience with omni channel focus. Essential experience in managing
multiple large workstreams in parallel while also working in different ways.
Marketing domain expertise including Martech and data knowledge
Expert communicator with broad stakeholder group. You keep the right people wellinformed on team progress and
health along with barriers to success. You also know how to mentor upskill and influence people at all levels of an organization.
Types of Role(s) you might have done previously
Agile Coach or Scrum Master
Project or Program Manager within a PMO or other
Product Manager or Product Owner
Team Lead on a Scrum Team
