Job Description
- Expertlevel experience with Windows Server Operating System Administration.
- Expertlevel experience administering Windows Desktop Operating Systems including (but not limited to) Windows 7 Wndows 8.1 Windows 10.
- Expertlevel experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2012 and 2016
- Experience with SCCM integrations with ServiceNow and other Asset Management Platform
- Handson experience with Administering Microsoft SQL server 2008 R2 2012 R2 and 2014SQL Always On and SQL clustering.
- Handson experience in Analyzing designing and implementing highly complex solutions across the infrastructure to optimize hardware software storage virtualization and business services.
- Handson experience with enterpriselevel Mobile Device Management Technologies.
- Handson experience in developing standards for integrating physical virtual and cloud technologies.
- Experienced in making recommendations to management for optimizing network resources and avoiding conflicts in network processes.
- Experienced in working closely with management and technical groups to establish and/or modify interrelationships among enterprise network elements and services to deliver infrastructure solutions that are cost effective supportable and highperforming.
- Handson experience with supporting Mobile Devices across multiple hardware (tablets laptops etc.)
- Handson experience with supporting Mobile Devices across multiple operating systems to include but not limited to (Android iOS Linux Windows Mobile OS)
- Handson experience with Enterprise Mobile Device Management solutions (MaaS360 MobileIron Air Watch etc.)
- Handson Active Directory Experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding the functionality and interoperability of multiple integrated enterprise elements comprising thenetwork infrastructure.
- Bachelors Degree preferred; can be substituted with 2 years additional experience.
- Microsoft certifications preferred
