Urgently hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Mumbai
Years of experience: 10 years

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the organizations staffing needs. This role involves managing the endtoend recruitment process building strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for various roles a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the organizations business objectives.
    • Stay informed about industry trends competitor practices and emerging recruitment technologies.
  2. Fullcycle Recruitment:

    • Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job posting sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions accordingly.
  3. Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Act as a brand ambassador promoting the companys values and culture to prospective candidates.
  4. Talent Pipeline:

    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels including social media job boards and professional networks.
  5. Data and Analytics:

    • Utilize recruitment analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on key recruitment metrics.
  6. Collaboration:

    • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their unique hiring needs and challenges.
    • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
  7. Compliance:

    • Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the recruitment process.
    • Implement and enforce fair and consistent recruitment practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • years of proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on fullcycle recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices industry trends and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is a plus.
