Tasks

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on current trends and pricing in the real estate industry
• Coordinate property viewings and negotiate deals with potential buyers or tenants
• Prepare and present property listings including photos and descriptions to attract interested parties
• Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proven track record of closing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages will be meritorious.
