Estate Agency Sales Negotiator required for my client a large independent agent based intheir office in the KT area.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct negotiations with prospective buyers and sellers to secure property deals
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process
- Organize and oversee property viewings
- Collaborate with real estate agents mortgage advisors and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of the local property market
- Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in estate agency sales or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Desired Experience:
- Up to 2 years of experience in a sales or negotiation role
- Salary & Benefits:
- Basic £1820K plus commission OTE £3540K
