Job Details:

• Position: Director Endoscopy Center
• Location: Las Cruces NM
• Salary Range: $90000.00 to $135000.00
• Signing Bonus: Yes
• Bonus Description: Relocation assistance up to $10k with a 2year work agreement
• Relocation Package: Partial

MustHaves:

• Bachelors degree required Masters degree preferred (either bachelors or Masters must be in Nursing)
• State of New Mexico licensed Registered RN or compact license to practice in the state.
• At least two (2) years Endoscopy leadership experience (at Manager level or above).

NiceToHaves:

• At least five (5) years endoscopy nursing experience ideally in a complex endoscopy setting preferred.

Job Description:

The Endoscopy Center is a Joint Venture with Digestive Disease Consultants of Las Cruces (DDC). The ENDO center is a fastpaced and rewarding place to work. It has 5 procedure rooms that handle up to 9000 procedures a year supporting five GIs (four from DDC & one GI employed by MMC). MMC & DDC are seeking a transformational and collaborative leader who can empower and mentor the team to continue their successful endo center operation.

• Able to work collegially and collaboratively with staff peers and physicians.
• Successfully communicates with physicians regarding their schedules and clinical issues.
• Listens to concerns and requests working toward mutually successful outcomes.
